Enter in the "player dialog" for this player a "-" in the field status.
As Result the played games are not count for the ranking (no points, no tie-break), but count for the rating.
Not played games are entered with result "no" (or another (forfeit) result).

• 2. If a player plays equal or more than 50% games
• 1a. Enter in the player dialog for this player a "+" in the field status.
  As Result the played games are normal count, but the player is output on the last rank.
  Not played games are entered with result "no" (or another (forfeit) result).
• 1b. Not played games are entered with result "no" (or another (forfeit) result).
